Training Sessions
Our 2023-24 Programme begins on Monday 3rd July
All sessions are led by qualified Basketball England L2 coaches who hold a clean enhanced-DBS, and current safeguarding and first-aid certificates.
ENergize sessions are £4 per session PAYG throughout the year.
During July/August all team sessions can be booked on a PAYG basis through our membership system.

£5 for 90min sessions
£6 for 2-hour sessions
All members must purchase an annual Basketball England license before their fifth session for insurance purposes. £10 per year (U18) or £18 per year (18+). See our BE Membership page for more information.
A reversible match kit is required for team members circa £45.

Friday Community Sessions
ENergize Skills School
Age 6-11 | School Years 2-6
ENergize is our basketball skills programme for primary-age children. These sessions help to develop your child’s fundamental movement skills through basketball games and activities. Sessions are fun, fast-paced and teach the core basketball skills to help children progress towards team play.
East Norfolk Sixth Form College, Gorleston - £4 per session
Fridays 5-6pm
3X3 OpenRun
Age 16+
Pay-as-you-play tournament nights for ages 16+. Each week we create teams on the night and host a full 3X3 tournament, with playoffs and weekly winners. Registration by 7:15pm sharp, with games starting at 7:35pm. Maximum of 32 players so book early to avoid disappointment!

Fridays 7:30-9pm (arrive by 7:15pm for team allocation)
Basketball England membership and insurance
Basketball England membership provides insurance cover to allow your child to attend training. It is mandatory for all club members to register with Basketball England by their fourth session or they will be unable to train. Registration is an easy process that costs £10.00 per year (under 18) or £18.00 per year (18+). For more information about how to register/renew please visit the BE Membership page on our website.
